A five course experience
1st Pepper Pot chowder- a mildly spicy chowder of pumpkin, chayote squash, white and yellow yam, green banana and spices.
2nd Ackee and fried bread fruit - Jamaica's national dish ackee is a fruit that is but is often served sautéed with peppers and onions. Bread fruit though resembles and is a part of the jackfruit family, when roasted it develops a texture and taste that mimics the taste of bread. its roasted and then fried for another layer of flavor and texture.
3rd Sunsplash salad- a spicy and colorful blend of greens, peppers and onions with fresh slices of tropical fruits served tossed in a light pineapple and thyme vinaigrette
4th Ital stew - a stew of potatoes, chick pea, carrots, onions, cabbage, curry and heavy coconut cream served on a bed of herbed rice. Topped with a curry roasted almond slivers
5th Grilled Fruit Salad - Seasonal tropical fruit grilled and served drizzled with a warm maple rum sauce and served with a scoop of maple peach and pecan vegan ice cream
